Silk trade fair to open in Hoi An
VOV.VN - The Vietnam-Asia Silk Culture Festival 2017 will take place at Hoi An Silk Village June 11-14 as an activity of the Quang Nam Heritage Festival 2017, the Hoi An City People’s Committee said on May 9.

Vietnam-Asia Silk Culture Festival 2017 aims to honour the cultural value of silk villages in Vietnam such as Van Phuc, Hoi An, Ma Chau, Bao Loc, An Giang and Thai Binh.
The event also provides an opportunity to boost trade links between local businesses and silk traders from India, Japan, China, Thailand, Myanmar and European nations.
A host of activities are set to take place on the sidelines of the festival including a scientific seminar, an international silk exhibition and a fashion show.
