Originally from the central province of Quang Nam, the local beauty has developed her fashion sense over the past two years since taking on the crown of Miss Vietnam, while also participating in many charitable activities in the fight against COVID-19.

Over the past four years the Hanoian girl has been busy working as an emcee and has appeared as a guest on many gameshows and talk shows, whilst also taking part in many charity activities.

In each region, the judges will select the leading 30 contestants in order to compete for the nation’s semi-final round which is set to be take place in Hanoi on September 30. Following are some images of the outstanding contestants.

Nguyen Thi Lan Nhi is currently an emcee and editor of Ho Chi Minh City Television (HTV) channel. The majority of contestants choose to wear an Ao Dai, a traditional Vietnamese long dress, when competing in the preliminary round.
