Ao Dai Festival opens at Youth Cultural House
VOV.VN - Keynote speaker Ms Nguyen Thi Thu on March 8 kicked off the annual Ao Dai Festival at the Ho Chi Minh City’s Youth Cultural House.

She said her hope is that it provides the world a true glimpse of the city as a friendly, safe and attractive travel destination. |

She spoke against the backdrop of an outdoor stage beautifully decorated with a magical tapestry of coloured flags, red silk banners and floral arrangements. |
