’s Seymour group and the February 3 import-export company on October 11 worked with the southern Binh Duong provincial People’s Committee on an entertainment and horse racing project in the Binh Duong Urban, Industrial and Services Complex.

The US$200 million project, to be built on an area of 220 hectares, will comprise a crossbreeding centre which can raise more than 1,000 horses and a horse racetrack which can accommodate more than 15,000 spectators. It will also have a banking system and luxurious apartments and villas for foreign tourists and specialists.
